We know you’re here to get better. To allow you peace of mind to promote healing, Patient Financial Services (PFS) is here to make the billing process as painless as possible. PFS is made up of two departments: Registration and the Patient Business Office, which is responsible for all billing and collections.
Upon your arrival to San Joaquin Community Hospital, we will open a patient account in your name where we will record all financial transactions related to your care. If you have given us insurance information, we will submit a claim on your behalf and will inform you if you owe a balance. You may choose to submit payment by mail, or online.
