San Joaquin Community Hospital (SJCH) participates in a variety of insurance plans. We accept traditional Medicare, Medicare Advantage plans and most commercial (HMO, PPO, POS, EPO, and individual) health insurance plans.

Please note that while SJCH does its best to participate with most health insurance plans, there may be some that we do not currently participate with.  In many cases we may be a participating provider under another health insurance plan that your health plan works with. If after reviewing our list of plans you do not see your health insurer listed, please call us at 661-869-6800.
