Patients' Satisfaction
San Joaquin Community Hospital (SJCH) is devoted to providing excellent service for every patient every time. It’s more than just a saying or a catch phrase, here at SJCH we actively promote a culture of Sacred Work .
Seeing our work and those we serve as sacred drives our organization and is one of the reasons we focus so much on providing a healthcare experience that exceeds your expectations. To ensure we are following through on our promise, we routinely survey our patients and monitor the service being provided by our staff.
Everyone has different needs when coming to a hospital, and through a standardized survey we ask our patients to rate our performance in key areas. Our primary focus is to be an organization that you would recommend to your friends and family for health care and how patients rate the hospital on a scale of 1-10 (see graphs for most current data).
To illustrate our commitment to our goal and be a transparent organization, we publicly report our current score on this website and invite you to look us up on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) hospital compare website .*
You can also click on the “back to results” tab on the upper left to view all the hospitals in our area. This site is maintained by the federal government, and all hospitals who receive federal monies must publicly report this information in the same format using the same questions.
If you have any questions or comments about how we are meeting the needs of our patients, please call our Service Excellence Department at 661-869-6564.
*Please note that data on CMS website is not necessary the most current data available.
