Nursing Residency Program

Versant

As critical to success as the very buildings they serve in, top-quality nurses are the backbone of any successful health care organization. No less true at San Joaquin Community Hospital, molding successful nurses is something we’ve invested in with our Versant Residency and Re-Entry RN Programs.

The Versant Residency Program is an 18-week national program that uses mentoring, critical thinking, and clinical in-service exercises to assist new graduates as they bridge the gap between nursing school and the bedside.

Paired with the Versant Residency, our Re-Entry RN Program helps non-active nurses update their skills to excel in today’s health care climate.

The current Versant RN Residency program is now CLOSED for all new graduate (or re-entry RN's desiring our Versant RN Re-entry program).  The next  SJCH Versant RN Residency class will begin in February 2011.

Please Note: All new graduates and re-entry RNs must apply for the Versant RN Residency Program only and not for any other posted position.

Whether you’re fresh out of school or looking for a fresh start, check out the Versant Residency and Re-Entry RN Programs at San Joaquin Community Hospital. For more information visit the Versant website at www.versant.org.
